It is our pleasure to invite all of you to attend the 4th International Conference on Transplantomics and Biomarkers in Organ Transplantation organized by the The Transplantation Society exploring the cutting edges of functional genomics, proteomics and genetics for transplantation. The Transplantomics 2013 Conference will be held at Homerton College in Cambridge, UK located approximately 60 km north of London.
We promise to cover not only what is happening within the field of transplantation today but also the latest advances in genomic knowledge and the incredible technologies developing to enable the next generation of transplantation research.
In addition to an exciting daily schedule of expert lecturers there will also be presentations of selected abstracts and posters as well as exhibits from many technology companies serving this growing field. Most importantly, the conference will provide time to talk to the visiting experts and your colleagues to develop new collaborations or simply to further understand the complex implications of the latest "omic" discoveries.
It is also important to add that Cambridge brings many images to mind: the breathtaking view of King's College Chapel from across the river Cam, the rich intricacy of Gothic architecture, students cycling to lectures, and lazy summer punting on the River Cam. Cambridge manages to combine its role as an historic city with a world-renowned University and, in more recent years, an internationally acknowledged centre of excellence for technology and science.
Our objective is to equal if not exceed the high bar of expectations set for us by the previous three Transplantomics Conferences held in San Francisco, Barcelona, La Jolla.
See you here in Cambridge!
